1. What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect: account data (name, email, mobile, password/auth identifiers); profile data (date of birth; optional national ID); purchase data (campaign, ticket numbers, amounts, payment status, timestamps); technical data (device/browser info, IP address, cookies/logs needed for security and operations); and communications you send us.
2. Why we use data
We use data to create and manage your account; process ticket purchases and prevent fraud; issue receipts / donation acknowledgment letters; show your tickets and documents in your account; operate, secure, and improve the website; comply with legal/accounting/audit obligations; and contact you about your purchase, account, or important service notices.
3. Legal bases / necessity
We process data as needed to perform the contract (account + purchase), for legitimate operational interests (security, fraud prevention), and where required by law. Where consent is required, we will request it. This section should be finalized by counsel for Jordan (and any other applicable) data rules.
4. Sharing
We may share data with payment processors / banks (including MEPS and related providers), email delivery providers, hosting/infrastructure providers, and professional advisors or authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We retain account and purchase records for as long as needed for operations, audit, dispute handling, and legal retention requirements, then delete or anonymize where practicable.
6. Your choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal data by contacting us. Some purchase/audit records may need to be retained even if an account is closed.
